Pre-Arrival for entry permission: All visitors 18 years and older (including pregnant women) must be fully vaccinated to enter Anguilla. Fully vaccinated means the visitor received the last dose of a two-dose vaccine or the one-dose vaccine 14 days before arrival on Anguilla.
All fully vaccinated travelers will no longer be required to apply for entry but must present evidence of full vaccination with an approved vaccine and a negative COVID-19 test (see acceptable tests).
Unvaccinated children under the age of 18 years old are only permitted to enter Anguilla, if accompanied by fully vaccinated travelers.
Vaccination required of all visitors. Travelers must apply for entry; must present proof of an RT-PCR test done within 2 to 5 days before arrival or an antigen test within 48 hours before arrival. A test is also required upon arrival; the entry application includes fee of $50 for the test, and travelers must quarantine upon arrival until negative test result is received.

A negative COVID-19 test taken two to five days before arrival is required to receive approval to travel to Anguilla. The website is constantly monitored, so once the test is done within the specified timeframe, entry permission certificates will be issued up to the day of travel. Failing that, approval would not be granted and your trip would have to be rescheduled.
A visitor who tests positive on arrival may be allowed to remain in isolation at his approved accommodation if he/she is asymptomatic or is experiencing mild symptoms that do not require management at a medical facility. He/she will be managed by the health team, which will include monitoring of symptoms, hospital transfer if necessary, and subsequent medical clearance.
It is unlikely that a visitor who tests positive will be able to leave the island before medical clearance of the infection unless as medical evacuation, covered under their COVID-19 insurance policy.
Hotels/villas are encouraged to implement flexible cancellation policies. However, each visitor must familiarize himself/herself with the cancellation policy of the property at which they intend to stay.
Mask wearing and social distancing are mandatory on the island. The social distancing protocol is three (3) feet or one (1) meter.
Masks are mandatory and must be worn upon arrival to Anguilla, while travelling through the airport or seaport and when in public spaces.
